I received the bill for the ‘strange noise’ recurring in my car and I am delighted at long last that you have found out exactly what the problem was.

I am writing to thank you for helping me out last week, when my car, which was parked in the middle of town, refused to start. I know you were very busy at the time, but you still managed to send two of your people to jump-start the car and see me safely to Antwis, so that the battery could be checked out. This isn't the first time that Antwis has rescued me, during the seven or so years that you have been looking after our cars. When my Clio was hit by a bus outside my daughter's school, help was at hand within about ten minutes, so that I was able to carry on to my son's school and pick him up as usual. There were a couple of other occasions as well, when I was able to come along at short notice and have a problem swiftly deal with.
Of course, it hasn't always been crises! Antwis has always given us speedy and excellent service, in terms of routine maintenance as well as in unforeseen circumstances.

I'd just like to say … that over the last couple of years the service I have received from you all at Antwis has been exceptional, and I thank you enormously for making the horrors of maintaining a fickle car relatively stress-free.
